ELDORA – The Hardin County Board of Supervisors approved the submission of a Petition to Intervene in regards to the Summit CO2 pipeline proposal during their regular meeting last week. The petition gives Hardin County Attorney Darrell Meyer the authority to appear on behalf of the supervisors during proceedings, granting the supervisors the right to file pleadings and briefs, provide exhibits and potential testimony at various stages of the proceedings, as well as the option to provide oral argument.
