CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Eldora
City Council was called to order by
Mayor David W. Dunn at 4:30pm on
Thursday January 11th, 2024 in the
Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mayor David
W. Dunn, Council members Carey
Morton, Mike May Jr., Jerry Kramer
, and Don Lauchner. Jon Thom-
as was also in attendance and Ann
Smisek attended via Zoom.
Maile Carter joined via Zoom at
4:49pm. She logged off at 5:15pm
