Burglary suspected sentenced

ELDORA - A man convicted of a felony drug charge along with misdemeanor burglary and theft will avoid prison time.

Avery Mark Griffin, 40, of Eldora, had pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense; burglary - third degree - motor vehicle and theft in the thirrd degree. Griffin received eight years in prison suspended along with $2,375 in fines and five years of probation.
