UNION – Ellie Meyer won her fifth cross country race of the season to lead Iowa Falls-Alden/AGWSR to a second-place team finish at the BCLUW Comet Invite at South Hardin Recreation Area Golf Course in Union on Saturday morning.
Meyer completed the course in 19:48, nearly two minutes clear of West Marshall’s Emelia Hauser in the runner-up spot. The “Cadougars” scored 65 points compared to 39 points for team title winners West Marshall.
