Inez Winters, 93, of Iowa Falls, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2022 at Scenic Manor in Iowa Falls. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022 at the First United Methodist Church in Iowa Falls with burial in North Lawn Memory Gardens. Following the service, a reception will be held at Meadow Hills Golf Course. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on Saturday before the service. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls.

Jack E. Rogers I, 77, of Eldora, Iowa, passed away Friday, Oct. 21 at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames, surrounded by his family. Visitation and Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at the Steamboat Rock Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., funeral service will follow at 11 a.m.. Lunch will be served following the service with a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. at the East Lawn Memorial Garden, Eldora, Iowa. With honor, Adams Celebration of Life is serving the family.

Jack Boelman, age 65, died unexpectedly on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022 at his residence in Steamboat Rock, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at Steamboat Rock Baptist Church in Steamboat Rock. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, at the Steamboat Rock Baptist Church in Steamboat Rock, with Pastor Lynn Arends officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family for a memorial fund to be established. The Boeke Funeral Home of Hubbard is in charge of arrangements.

Sandra “Sandy” Alaine (Mazurik) Williams, 55 of Eldora, Iowa passed away on Tuesday Oct. 11, 2022 at Scenic Manor, Iowa Falls, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022 at Adams Celebration of Life, Owasa, Iowa. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 2022 at the Methodist Church in Eldora, Iowa with lunch following the service. Burial to follow at Sheppard Cemetery in Gifford, Iowa. With honor, Adams Celebration of Life is serving the family.

Jeanette Krause, age 78, formerly of Radcliffe, Iowa, died on Monday, Oct. 10, 2022 at the Bethany Life Communities in Story City, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at Boeke Funeral Home in Radcliffe. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Radcliffe. Burial will take place in the Radcliffe Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Bethany Life Communities or Our Savior's Lutheran Church.  Boeke Funeral Home of Radcliffe is in charge of arrangements.

Robert Blome, age 88, of Hubbard, IA, died on Monday, Oct. 3, 2022 at the Hubbard Care Center. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at the Zion United Church of Christ in Hubbard. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 7, at the Zion United Church of Christ in Hubbard. Burial will follow in the Hubbard Cemetery with military honors provided by the American Legion Post #4 of Hubbard. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Zion UCC, American Legion Post #4 or the Hubbard Ambulance.

James “Jim” Gerald Wooten, 93, passed away on Aug. 31, 2022, in Dothan, Ala. after a gradual decline in health. Jim was born in Steamboat Rock, Iowa, on May 19, 1929, to parents Wallace Gerald Wooten and Sevilla (Gellhorn) Wooten.

Cheryl Lynn Haupt, 65, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sept. 13, 2022 at the University of Iowa, due to complications from a heart attack. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, at First Christian Reformed Church of rural Wellsburg. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at First Christian Reformed Church of rural Wellsburg. Please join the family after the burial for a fellowship meal.
