Harlan Smeins, 96, of Ackley, passed away Aug. 24, 2024 at his home in Ackley. Funeral services were set for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, at St. John U.C.C. in Ackley with burial in East Friesland Cemetery with visitation an hour before the service.
