Velda Stotser, 89, of Hubbard, passed away March 21, 2024 at the Hanson Family Hospital in Iowa Falls. Visitation was set for 9 to 10 a.m., Monday, March 25, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hubbard with a funeral at 10:30 a.m. and burial in the church cemetery.
