Carolyn Ullestad, 84, formerly of Radcliffe, Iowa, passed away at the Bethany Life Communities in Story City, Iowa. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Radcliffe, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Radcliffe, Iowa. Boeke Funeral Home of Radcliffe is caring for Carolyn and her family.
