BCLUW claims league win over South Hardin

ELDORA- A complete game, 14-strikeout pitching performance by Logan Mann propelled BCLUW past the South Hardin baseball team, 7-2 here Friday during North Iowa Cedar League West play.

Mann challenged the Tiger batters from start to finish as he scattered seven base hits and walked one. The senior struck out three in the second and seventh innings, two each in the fourth, fifth and sixth, and one in the first and third.

BCLUW booked solo runs in the first and fourth innings, doubled the advantage to 4-0 in the visitor’s half of the fifth and after South Hardin pulled within two, added three insurance runs in the seventh.
