Richard and Vickie Newby

A graveside memorial service honoring the lives of Richard and Vickie Newby of Bradenton, Fla., is schedule for 11 a.m. Saturday, June 19 at East Lawn Cemetery in Eldora. A celebration of life reception will take place at the Eldora American Legion for family and friends directly following the graveside service.

Richard Newby was born April 5, 1952, and passed away Sept. 1, 2019. Vicki Newby was born May 31, 1951, and passed away Jan. 28, 2021.
