Mathis takes Waukon post

SOUTH HARDIN – Eldora-New Providence school superintendent Jay Mathis said there is nothing but good feelings for the school district here, but the chance to go home to northeast Iowa and the Allamakee School District where he graduated, to take over the superintendent job there, was simply too good to turn down.
