Storm matmen tourney champions

   GILBERT- A first was celebrated by the South Hardin-BCLUW wrestling team here Saturday, capturing the Gilbert Dual’s team title.

   The Storm finished 5-0 in the six-team round-robin format to be crowned a Saturday tourney champion for the first time since joining forces in 2010..

   SH-BCLUW defeated the host Tigers in the tourney finale, 43-31 for the crown. The Storm was tourney runners-up to Gilbert a year ago.

   SH-BCLUW opened the tourney with a 42-32 victory over Southeast Valley followed by a narrow 39-36 win over SE Polk JV and then beat Iowa Falls-Alden, 53-24 and Belmond-Klemme  66-16.
