Steven Wilkey Piper, 77, of Eldora, IA, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 at Eldora Specialty Care. Visitation will be held from 4 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the Eldora United Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 28, 2019 at the church. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens. Abels Funeral & Cremation Service has been entrusted with arrangements.
