School report card

E-NP – It is report card season in the schools.
    Not for the kids.
    The schools themselves are taking home their grades. It is a two-year-old project of the Iowa Department of Education, which has the state make a review of how local districts are doing in about a half dozen categories.
    Right now there is no top of class and ranking below, but there is a combination of numerical grading standards.
