Reviving Eldora: City Administrator shares new vision

ELDORA – After attending a Rural Development Symposium at Iowa State University, City Administrator Dave Mitchell asks the hard questions to get this town’s wheels spinning, steam rolling and minds churning.

Mitchell is overflowing with passion to improve and has a vision for the town of Eldora to become knit together as a community and face some of the hard choices that are needed in order to grow.
