Iowa barn quilts – secrets unleashed

ELDORA – Barn quilts are a staple of the Iowa heritage, much like corn, and pork, but they have many secrets that not many residents may be aware of.

Danny L. Steiber, also known as “The Barn Quilt Guy,” is an expert when it comes to barn quilts. Steiber shares his knowledge with anyone who will listen, including those at the Eldora Public Library program earlier this summer.
