Give for the Season: Remember the bloodmobile

It is the holidays and the need always goes up, says the blood center The LifeServe Blood Center will be back in Eldora again in just a few days, looking for your help during what can be the pe- riod of highest blood products need in hospitals around the area.

Give blood at a blood drive in the Eldora community, Monday, Dec. 10, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the State Training School donation site, 3211 W. Edgington Avenue.

The bloodmobile comes to several communities around Hardin County, stopping multiple times throughout the year. And with 2018 coming to a close, here is some idea of what the contribution rates have been so far.
