ELDORA- Applause rang out of the Hardin County courthouse conference room on Wednesday morning as the board of supervisors voted unanimously—for the first time ever—to appeal the Department of Natural Resources (DNR’s) decision to issue a construction permit for a hog site expansion near the “Twister” house southeast of Eldora.
