Council won’t ease long standing residence requirements for city workers

ELDORA – Communications are long distance, round-the-world, 100 channels going at a time, but in the end the majority of the Eldora city council felt there was no substitute for having everyone close.

The council balked at allowing some flexibility in rules which mandate where many city employees must live.
