Cougars split with West Marshall

STATE CENTER- Seven unanswered runs rallied the AGWSR baseball team to a 10-7 win in the nightcap and a split with West Marshall here Wednesday during North Iowa Cedar League West play.

Down 7-3 and staring at being swept, the Cougars did what they have done most of the season – battle back.

AGWSR answered the host Trojans’ five-run fourth with a four-run fifth to pull even at sevens, scored the go-ahead run in the sixth and added two insurance tallies in the seventh.
