CONFINEMENT PERMIT DROPPED

ELDORA- An appeal hearing over the placement of a hog confinement expansion near the home made famous in the film “Twister” will no longer be necessary as representatives of Endeavor Farms/Twister Farms LLC, in conjunction with Iowa Select Farms, have opted to withdraw a permit application rather than stand before the Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) to make their case.
