March 23 is National Chips and Dip Day. As if we need an excuse to nibble on chips and dip!
Actually in our house, the chips usually get gobbled up long before I can even get around to making dip.
This means I have to do a covert operation finding a spot to hide the chips until the dip is ready. Maybe this will become easier in the coming months our next two kids head out on their own…
