An Iowa Falls man is back in custody after a judge issued a bench warrant with multiple law enforcement agencies involved in an armed stand off with the man over the weekend, and the suspect is looking at getting himself a new lawyer now that he faces a felony charge.
Jerry Raynard White, 56, was arrested Sunday in Iowa Falls after he allegedly violated the terms of his release.
When the Iowa Falls Police Department and Hardin County Sheriff’s Office jointly responded to an apartment to serve the warrant, White made a threat.
