ELDORA – A video taken by Omaha resident Floyd Wallace was circulating the Internet last week, depicting an incident which occurred in front of the Eldora Police Station at City Hall. It shows an Eldora police officer confronting Wallace as he was using both his cell phone and a body cam as video cameras in the early evening of March 14.
