ELDORA – An arrest warrant was issued March 11 for former Greenbelt Home Care Director Julie Towne, 42, of Conrad, on the alleged charges of: ongoing criminal conduct – unlawful activity, a class B felony; second degree theft, a class D felony; and felony unauthorized use of a credit card over $1,500 and under $10,000, a class D felony. Towne was arrested in Black Hawk County and transported to the Hardin County jail where she posted a $25,000 cash or surety bond.
