The South Hardin football team will make the long journey to Dyersville for a first-round playoff meeting with the Beckman Catholic Trailblazers on Friday.
Beckman is undefeated at 8-0 and was rated eighth in the most recent Class 1A Radio Iowa poll. The Trailblazers’ marquee victory was a 35-34 overtime victory over Waterloo Columbus on Oct. 1 which helped push Beckman to the Class 1A District 4 championship.
