GRUNDY CENTER - South Hardin baseball made the short trip over to Grundy Center on Thursday to complete their regular season series, allowing the Spartans to get hot midway through in a 8-1 loss.
The third and final regular meeting between these two teams had big NICL West conference implications on the line. South Hardin came in 7-1 in NICL West and led the division, while the Spartans were 4-3 and second in the division.
