South Hardin softball already had the NICL West championship clinched, so the Tigers went back to basics in their 12-4 win at AGWSR on Thursday.
“We’re learning that we need to go back to one play at a time, one hit at a time,” South Hardin coach Becky Rosonke said. “We tend to get ahead of ourselves and get ideas in our heads of how things should go. Then our expectations are not met. We need to get back to doing what we are supposed to do: hit the ball, put it into play, make our plays.”
