ELDORA – South Hardin volleyball had a dominant performance at the service line in Wednesday’s regional-opening sweep of Ogden at South Hardin High School.
The Tigers won 25-9, 25-6, 25-11 and advanced to Monday’s Class 2A Region 3 semifinal in Eldora against Woodward-Granger (11-20).
South Hardin (34-5) recorded 19 aces in the victory, led by senior Emma Salvo’s 10 aces on 19-of-21 serving. Macy Engelson and Rylee Nelson each had three aces, followed by a pair for Ava Salvo and one more for good measure from Jaidyn Teske.
