LA PORTE CITY - 2A 10th-ranked South Hardin volleyball opened last week’s NICL Volleyball Tournament with a win, but suffered losses to three fellow ranked opponents to finish the tournament in eighth place.
“If you don’t come to play, you’ll find yourself down really quick in this league,” coach John Teske said. It would take us playing to the best of our ability to beat some of these teams, and we didn’t with enough focus and intensity to do that.”
