ELDORA - South Hardin boys basketball resumed their 2024-25 season on Monday, coming up just short against Jesup 58-55 in a tightly contested NICL crossover.
The two conference opponents traded baskets in the first quarter, the Tigers getting much of their early offense from senior Jaxson Drury down low with eight of South Hardin’s 12 first quarter points. Jesup took a brief 21-18 lead late in the second before junior Owen Larson knocked down a game-tying three and junior Jake Balvanz added a jumper to take a 23-21 lead at halftime.
