ELDORA – Trailing by as many as 14 points in the second quarter, South Hardin boys basketball went on a run in the second and third quarters then locked in to secure a 59-48 victory over South Hamilton at South Hardin High School on Thursday.
After going down 23-10 with 4:14 left in the first half, the Tigers outscored the Hawks by a 30-11 margin over the next 12 minutes of game time leading up to the end of the third quarter. That included an 11-0 run to end the second quarter and get the Tigers within two, 23-21, at halftime.
