ELDORA – The Hardin County Supervisors approved a resolution, which authorized a loan agreement and provided a loan for $13,920,000 to refinance bonds used by Hansen Family Hospital in Iowa Falls. These refinanced bonds were initially used for construction purposes for the hospital.
UMB Bank of West Des Moines was also approved as the paying agent, note registrar and transfer agent.
