ELDORA – During the public comment section of the Hardin County Board of Supervisors meeting, Hardin County residents expressed their concern over comments made by Sen. Annette Sweeney during a legislative forum held by Sweeney, Rep. Dave Deyoe and Speaker of the House Pat Grassley on Feb. 19. Sweeney alleged that then-Hardin County Auditor Jessica Lara had sent out pre-populated ballot forms, an accusation that Lara denies.
