CONRAD – The Grundy Center football team scored 25 points in the second quarter of a 46-7 win over BCLUW at BCLUW High School on Friday.
The Comets fell to 0-7 overall.
Nick Feldpausch had 14 carries for 36 yards to lead BCLUW’s rushing game. Connor Lynch added two catches for 68 yards, including a 56-yard touchdown pass from Grant Parker in the fourth quarter. Parker was 4-of-11 passing for 69 yards with a TD and two interceptions.
Grundy Center’s Logan Knaack rushed for 97 yards and two scores and threw for 171 yards and a touchdown with an interception.
