LE GRAND – South Hardin’s girls’ basketball squad took another step for the program at East Marshall (1-2) on December 8. A tale of two halves where the score was tied at half ended with a comfortable 50-34 win for the Tigers. Free throws late, combined with defensive stops, helped South Hardin earn their first win of the young season.
“We’ve given them a feel for what it takes to win, and how that feels, so now we can roll,” Tigers coach Nick Eller said. “We have some tough games coming up yet but this win should be huge for us going forward.”
