CARROLL - South Hardin boys basketball saw their 2023-24 season come to close against 2A ninth-ranked Kuemper Catholic in a 80-57 postseason loss on the road. “Kuemper is a well-coached team with a lot of good athletes,” coach JP Phillips said. “They want to push the tempo offensively. Our game plan was to slow them down and get the ball inside. We played tough for stretches, but Kuemper is a great team.” The Tigers played close with the Knights in the first quarter and had the score within one point a minute into the second.
