Shadlow, Tyler parole denied

DES MOINES - The Iowa Board of Parole denied the parole for Ackley residents Traci Lynn Tyler and Alex Craig Shadlow. Tyler’s case was reviewed on July 1, and Shadlow’s was reviewed on July 15.

According to documents from the parole board, the reason for denial was due to “the seriousness of your crime or your criminal history indicates more time is needed before the Board will be convinced a release would be in the best interest of you or society.”
