ELDORA - It is a once-a-generation project, the wholesale renovation, restoration and all but re-imagining of the Eldora-New Providence Elementary School and it’s mostly defunct middle school next door.
Just about everything is targeted in the sprawling project, spare the attached empty school building site. That is being eyed for separate demolition.
The reconstruction is one of the biggest in decades for E-NP. And South Hardin Schools Superintendent Dr. Adam Zellmer says the project appears do-able without resort to a bond issue.
