ELDORA – A decision in a RWE Renewables Development wind farm lawsuit against the Hardin County Supervisors was decided last Thursday. RWE’s motion for a partial summary judgment was denied after a hearing on Jan. 21.
A timeline of events between RWE and the supervisors are listed in the court documents:
● On or about April of 2012, Hardin County adopted a form of Ordinance 29, which sets forth zoning standards for Commercial Wind Energy Conversion Systems (“C- WECS”) as a conditional use.
