Rotary puts service above self

ELDORA – Eldora’s oldest service organization is celebrating 100 years of making a difference in the lives of others. The rotary club was founded in the area on April 28, 1920, only 15 years after the first Rotary meeting in Chicago. Today the group is 14 members strong and continues reaching out to the community in times of need. One of the largest fundraisers sponsored each year is a haunted house at the old hospital in October.
