ELDORA – A special joint meeting between the South Hardin and Hubbard-Radcliffe school boards was held Aug. 4 and Superintendent Dr. Adam Zellmer presented some clarifying information of the Return to Learn and Reopening Plan, which had earlier been presented in draft form.
