ELDORA – Brett Pfaltzgraff may not have been at Eldora’s Pizza Ranch for 25 years, but he thinks it’s important to celebrate the quarter century mark of business in Eldora.
An Ackley native, Pfgaltzgraff was part owner of the Eldora restaurant in 2016, and then bought the franchise in 2018. “Scott Davis and Mike Flanagan were the original owners in 1995,” Pfaltzgraff said, noting that September was the actual milestone month, but due to COVID-19, the celebration had to be pushed back. “We were closed when we had to be during COVID, but we adjusted and made it work.”
