DES MOINES – According to an Iowa Utilities Board update, due to inclement weather throughout much of Iowa on Dec. 15, the Iowa Utilities Board postponed two public informational meetings for the Navigator Heartland Greenway LLC proposed pipeline project. This is the second pipeline group interested in running a hazardous liquid pipeline through Hardin County. The other group, Summit Carbon Solutions already held public meetings around Iowa earlier this fall.
The Navigator Heartland Greenway meetings, in Hamilton and Hardin counties, will be rescheduled as follows:
