ELDORA – An “Order Addressing Location of Hearing and Scheduling Oral Argument,” was filed with the Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) with a hearing date set for April 12. This essentially means the 20-day clock has started to run on Hardin County’s “petition to intervene” in regards to the proposed Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline, said Hardin County Attorney Darrell Meyer.
