RADCLIFFE – A busload of Iowans from the State Soil Conservation and Water Quality Committee toured Heath Stolee’s farm and wetland east of Radcliffe last week, and were joined by Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig, who made the stop as part of his 99 county tour. He was invited when Stolee planted chestnut trees starting his side business Nutty Farmer Chestnuts, and when Stolee first discussed his vision for wetland conservation. “I’ve also been able to hunt here,” Naig said.
