Multiple charges have been filed against a man accused of possessing over 40 grams of marijuana with intent to deliver.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office arrested Avery Griffin, 39, on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) – third or subsequent violation; failure to affix drug tax stamp with a specification of 42 and 1/2 grams – intent to deliver and driving under suspension.
Griffin’s arrest was reported at approximately 10 p.m. Saturday.
