UNION - A man whom law enforcement called “confused and paranoid” has been arrested on a statewide warrant after allegedly threatening to blow up a home with children present and claiming the government was gassing animals.
Skylar James Crosser, 41, allegedly engaged in harassment with a threat to commit a forcible felony after repeatedly yelling at his neighbor in the 200 block of Commercial Street in Union.
Deputy Christian Copper was dispatched multiple times the afternoon and evening of Feb. 25.
