ELDORA – The Eldora Public Library along with the Eldora Police Department have had their eyes out for kids doing the right thing.
“We received a DECAT grant at the beginning of July and they provided us with some of the bags and things, and the library added to it,” Eldora Public Library Director Joan Grothoff.
The bags include treats, cards, various activities and craft projects, Grothoff said.
