WHITTEN – Rural Whitten resident and Hardin County Supervisor BJ Hoffman has announced his candidacy for Iowa House District 54. In a Friday press release Hoffman states: “With the Iowa House and Senate approving the LSA’s redistricting maps last week, an opportunity of a lifetime presented itself. With all that being said, I am proud to announce my run for Iowa House District 54 today! I look forward to visiting every community in the newly formed district in Black Hawk, Grundy, and Hardin counties.
